Bloom Rise — Delete Your Account

You can delete your Bloom Rise account and associated data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Bloom Rise and sign in.
2. Go to More → Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and synced data (logs, photos, chat history) are permanently deleted.

Delete individual data without deleting your account

You can remove individual entries while keeping your Bloom Rise account. Open the relevant tracker or journal entry in the app, choose its delete option, and confirm. This removes that entry from your active account data. For help deleting a specific item, email babybondai.app@gmail.com from the address linked to your account.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email babybondai.app@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play and should be cancelled there; deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
