Screen Mirror to TV Cast ("the app") is developed and operated by Ashwin Bhajan, an independent developer. This policy describes the app's processing, relevant third-party services, and choices available to you.

        Short version: The app processes information on your iPhone and, when
        you cast, sends the screen or media you choose to the selected TV over the relevant
        casting connection. It has no account or developer-operated cloud storage. The Google
        Cast SDK is included and has its own privacy disclosures. A diagnostic archive leaves
        your device only if you choose to share it through iOS.

2. App Processing on Your Device

Photos and videos: The app asks for Photo Library access when you open Gallery Cast so it can show albums, filters, and selected items. Browsing, filtering, and Private Browse previews remain on your iPhone. When you explicitly cast a selected photo or video, the app prepares a temporary local media file as needed and makes that chosen item available to the selected TV for playback.
Screen mirroring: When you start a screen broadcast through Apple's system control, the Broadcast Upload Extension processes screen video and app audio on the device to provide the mirroring feature. The app does not process microphone audio.
Local Network and discovery: The app uses Local Network access and Bonjour discovery to find compatible TVs and to connect to a selected device. For Google Cast mirroring and chosen media, the app communicates with the Cast receiver and may serve the required media from the iPhone to that receiver on the local network.
Preferences and diagnostics: The app stores preferences, recent-device state, compatibility results, and bounded diagnostic records locally. Diagnostic records help investigate a casting attempt and can include app/build information, connection and lifecycle events, and privacy-safe session context.

3. Private Browse and Explicit Casting

Private Browse is designed so that thumbnail taps select and preview media on the iPhone. The selected item is not sent to the TV until you use Cast this. Outside Private Browse, selecting a thumbnail can request casting of that item. In either mode, casting sends only the media you choose to the selected TV; it does not send your whole photo library.

4. Temporary Files, Retention and Deletion

Prepared Gallery media is stored temporarily on the iPhone for casting and is removed by the app when it is no longer needed where the app controls that cleanup. iOS can also remove temporary files. Local preferences and diagnostics remain on the device until they are replaced, reset, removed by the app, or removed with the app and its data according to iOS. The app does not provide a developer-operated cloud account or cloud media library.

5. Diagnostic Export and Support

A diagnostic archive is created only when you tap a Share Support Details or Support details control. The iOS share sheet lets you choose whether and where to send it. Sharing an archive may disclose the included diagnostic context to the recipient you select. Review the recipient and the archive before sharing. Support email is babybondai.app@gmail.com.

6. Third-Party Services and SDK Declarations

Apple provides iOS, ReplayKit, AirPlay and system sharing controls. Google Cast SDK is included to discover and communicate with Google Cast and Google TV devices. Google Cast receiver content is delivered to the TV through the selected Cast device and related Google Cast services. These services process information under their own terms and privacy policies:

The bundled Google Cast SDK privacy manifest declares Device ID, Other Diagnostic Data, and Product Interaction for analytics and/or app functionality, and declares that those categories are not linked to you and are not used for tracking. This is the SDK's declared privacy information. It does not by itself establish that the developer receives every declared category. The app's source does not include a Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, or Crashlytics SDK in this build.

7. Accounts, Tracking and Advertising

The app does not provide sign-in, user accounts, or developer-operated cloud storage. Its privacy manifest declares tracking as false. The current build does not include an advertising, Firebase analytics, or crash-reporting SDK. Apple and Google services may have their own disclosures and controls; review their policies for their processing.

8. Your Choices

You can manage Photo Library and Local Network access in iOS Settings. You can avoid sharing diagnostics by dismissing the share sheet. You can disconnect a selected TV from the app. For questions about this policy or support, contact babybondai.app@gmail.com.
